Ephesians 5:31 (NIV) "For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh."

Your special day has finally arrived. Everything is ready. Even if it's not perfect, don't worry. Remember the big picture. Both of you are beginning a new life together with hopes and dreams before you. Here are some words of encouragement as you enjoy your special day.

Thank God for bringing you to this point. Psalm 16:11 tells us that in His presence is fullness of joy and there are pleasures forevermore. Your marriage is not just about you. If you include God in your marriage, He has a greater purpose to use your relationship to make a positive impact.

Be grateful for the friends and family members who are there to support you. More than likely you didn't reach this moment in time without the help, love and sacrifice of others around you. Acts 20:35 says that it's more blessed to give than to receive. These are the words of Jesus. Make sure to express your gratefulness and thankfulness to your loved ones.

There are very few moments in our lives that give us the opportunity to experience a deep level of joy and gratitude that God has designed. Weddings are one of those moments. Enjoy your day!
